There's an interesting article over on Supply Excellence where Justin Fogarty refers to a presentation given by Ramsay Chu, VP of strategic sourcing at Fiserv.

It tells of how Chu moved his department away from its BASS system to increase spend visibility of the entire organisation. Those of you who haven't heard of BASS, that's not surprising.
