Jemima Fitzgerald - Morgan Chambers

Jemima Fitzgerald is an experienced Outsourcing professional with a focus on the development of the Sourcing industry. Jemima joined European outsourcing specialists Morgan Chambers in early 2005 to provide strategic marketing, brand development and market research across the company.

Before joining Morgan Chambers Jemima held a number of positions with Accenture HR Services and her experience included establishing Accenture’s presence in the HR Outsourcing market as well as being responsible for helping support Accenture HR Services’ clients both in the UK and across Europe/US.

Jemima is responsible for assessing the marketplace and its trends and developments, in order to provide intelligence and advice on key issues facing client organisations on all Sourcing issues. In particular Jemima is in charge of Morgan Chambers’ Outsourcing Service Provider Performance studies which in 2006/7 evaluated almost 1500 Outsourcing agreements through the participation of over 750 C-level executives and senior managers throughout Europe .

Jemima also contributes articles and comments on the Outsourcing market to both analysts and the press and been published in the Financial Times, European Leaders in Procurement and HRO Today and HRO Europe.

Jemima has a BSc (Hons) in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University in Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College .
